New "Collector's Edition+" Reward Tier!

Just a quick follow up to our previous update, as we have now added a new “Collector’s Edition+” reward tier! This will be priced between the Collector’s and Ultimate Backer’s editions and limited to 200, and includes everything from the Collector’s edition, plus your name in the in-game “special mentions” credit, as is the case with every tier starting at Ultimate Backer.
We hope that the addition of this new rewards tier will allow as many people as possible to enjoy Infinity however they like!
Over $100,000 on Day One!

A big first update, as we’ve not just cleared our goal, but exceeded $100K in the first 24 hours! We suppose the first thing to do is thank everyone for their incredible support; while we always knew Infinity was deserving of this level of support, to actually see so many of you come out to support this project is incredible. Naturally, there’s always the concern about how well a campaign for a Game Boy Color game will fare in 2021, but your support here has shown that the demand for these games, and the love for these retro consoles, is still strong!
Of course, with such a strong performance, we’ve blasted through almost all of our stretch goals as well. This means all pledges at the “Advanced” tier and above will include a double-sided map and poster; the game will receive some extra loving in the form of a custom moulded cartridge, updated sprites, and both French and Japanese localization; and the in-game soundtrack will receive a very special addition in the form of a piece from the legendary Yuzo Koshiro! There are still a few more goals to be unlocked however, including further localization for Spanish, Italian, and German.
Finally, we’re happy to see people have been enjoying our limited tiers. Quantity on those is decreasing fast, especially for the Collector’s Edition, so if you’re hoping to pick one of those up, be sure to do it while you still can!
